We are seeking three new roles to join our leadership team; an Executive Director of Assets & Development, an Executive Director of Operations and a Head of Governance, Regulation & Risk.
Executive Director of Assets & Development
We are looking for a people person, who is excellent at leading an Assets and Development team and ensuring the ongoing high levels of customer service that delivers delight – not just satisfaction, for our tenants. You will also have a passion for delivering new homes, looking after existing homes, ensuring our tenants are protected with high levels of compliance, whilst looking to the future to bring improvements to our neighbourhoods and dealing with the challenge of decarbonisation.
Executive Director of Operations
We are looking for a people person, who is excellent at leading an Operations Team, and ensuring the ongoing high levels of customer service that delivers delight – not just satisfaction, for our tenants. You will also have a passion for delivering transformation in our neighbourhoods, making a difference every day to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Head of Governance, Regulation & Risk
We are looking for someone who is committed to quality, customer service and has proven experience in successfully delivering continuous improvement. Detail conscious, and able to look to the future in terms of organisational planning and risk management you’ll play a central role in our organisation.
